Payment Timing

Delivery of Service
The service (tour experience) will be provided on the scheduled date and time as per the booking details.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations more than 24 hours before the tour start time: full refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour start time: no refund. Where possible, we will instead try to reschedule you to another date with availability — please contact us as early as you can.
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows.

Other Notes
- Tours may be canceled or rescheduled due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative date may be arranged.
