Payment Timing

Delivery of Service
The service (tour experience) will be provided on the scheduled date and time as per the booking details.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made 3 days or more before the tour date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 2 to 1 days of the tour date will incur a cancellation fee of 60% of the total amount.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour starting time or for no-shows.

Other Notes
- Tours may be canceled or rescheduled due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative date may be arranged.
